Coffee Cultivation
Our coffee trees are carefully nurtured beans on the fertile volcanic slopes of Holualoa, which has the perfect conditions for 100% Kona coffee.
Harvest and Process
Our coffee is handpicked at peak ripeness. We remove the fruit, wash and dry the beans, and hull and sort them, ensuring only the best make it to your cup.
Roasting
We roast our beans in small batches to highlight its rich flavors and ensure consistent quality.
